What I liked
The hospital feels cheerful and welcoming. The atmosphere is also caring and considerate. I have a doctor who is thoughtful and listens and responds with thoughtful questions which makes me feel they take me seriously. I have felt helped.
What could be improved
The area where I find most difficulty is the pharmacy. The workers are kind and helpful, but the wait is never short.
