My husband and I accompanied our 'adult offspring' to spinal surgery at The Alexandra, which must be a model of 'Best Practice'.

Our reception was warm, courteous, very helpful and reassuring.

Room and ensuite immaculate.

Facilities excellent.

Clean and comfortable and pleasant.

Introduction to staff ~ guide, cleaner, cook, physio, nurses, anaesthetist, surgeon ~ was sensitively, brilliantly choreographed.

A potentially stressful experience was transformed by professional and kind care at every level.

We have recommended the hospital and teams to all and sundry and will definitely seek any future help there.
