First time had a blood test since moving to Surgery in Long Eaton. I like others hate needles plus they usually cannot find a vein in my arm. I advised the phlebotomist of this and after failing to find a vein took blood from the back of my hand.
She was a very caring person, understanding and very professional and all went ok.
