"Procedure / process too protracted"

About: Weston General Hospital

After 3 hr wait n A&E (very quiet, no one in front of me) was eventually seen by a nurse one hr after start of day shift. After 10 mins review was told to go home take pain killers and if after 4 or 6 weeks pain is still bad to go to my GP. GP made referral, 12 weeks later I had appointment with specialist ( 15 week after A&E visit and high level of pain).

Specialist was good, offered two probable prognoses and likely treatments. Said I will need to return for scans/x-ray and further visit with doctor if surgery is required. When these dates are they did not know but could be 6 to 8 weeks………. By the time I get to see or have treatment it will be nearly half a year of pain and discomfort

Observations.., A&E is a waste of time, staff not interested. Procedures and process for follow on treatments too protracted. A lot of staff seem to be walking around with pieces of paper in their hands or talking?
