"Staff couldn't do enough for me, sooo helpful"

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

I visited this hospital on 24th February 2016 and was admitted to Swinley Ward on Bed 8.

I have to say the staff worked so hard, they do not get enough credit for what they do. All the nurses on this ward work so hard, nothing is ever enough trouble for them. They treat you with respect and dignity and always always make sure you are ok, they are so friendly to the patients. I have nothing negative to write because the staff were amazing, and the hospital well you could eat your dinner off the floor everything is that clean. Thankyou for helping me to get better guys, you deserve an award for all the work you guys do!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us of your most positive experience through Patient Opinion. It is always a pleasure to be able to share such kind words with the staff on the wards. I will ensure that Swinley Ward are made aware of your posting through the Head of Nursing, the Matron and the Ward Manager. Your comments on the cleanliness of the ward only support our award as the cleanest hospital in the country for the second year running and I will ensure that the Trust’s Facilities Manager is also aware of your comments.

Kind regards
