About: Burton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Took a friend to Physio Dept. (David) and was seen on 3 occasions by the physiotherapist.

The physiotherapist was most caring, helpful and delightful physiotherapist who is without any doubt qualified and passionate about their job.

You and the NHS are lucky to have such a committed member in your nursing staff.

Long may they remain at Queens.

Please pass on my grateful thanks for the care and kindness they showed to myself and patient David, it was very much appreciated.
