"Ambulatory Care Unit"

About: St Helier Hospital

My husband attended ACU following treatment at the A&E unit.

Although situated in a very restricted space the care was excellent, assessment nurse and follow up,doctor were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

The clinic Receptionist was exceptionally helpful and supportive to all we saw attending the clinic. The receptionist went out of their way to go well beyond the call of duty thus making the patients' visits the best possible.

If the hospital is making staff recognition awards then this receptionist should certainly be in receipt of one.

Thank you ACU for your care.

Thank you for this lovely feedback about the Ambulatory Care Unit. We will pass this on to the Matron and Clinical Lead for the area so that your comments can be shared with the team. We do have staff recognition awards, so it would good to know the name of the receptionist who was so helpful, please email communications@esth.nhs.uk if you know their name. Thank you.
