About: The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust

My experience with this hospital up to now has been excellent I am due to come in next month for a procedure.

My review is specifically aimed at the pain clinic. The consultant's secretary who I believe has gone above and beyond in their duties to accommodate my needs.

In this day and age when there are so many negative points that are aimed at the support staff secretaries , clerks and receptionists we tend to forget how hard these people work in the background and I don't believe they get the recognition they deserve for their input with usually difficult and frustrated patients .

So a huge grateful thank you to this secretary for helping me through a difficult time with a very positive and professional manner.
