"Unhappy"

My friend visited Chippenham community hospital on Thursday 25th February 2016 with her son who is two he was screaming in pain from falling that afternoon and my friend was wanting a X Ray done but the the nurse refused to get one and said there was nothing wrong with him. She went to doctors on Friday 26th February 2016 (today) and they said he needs a X-ray done on his left coller bone so we went back to Chippenham hospital and found out that the form yesterday was only half completed and he then went for X-ray and it turns out he broke his coller bone. There is no respect or dignity in this hospital. I remember when my son was 4 weeks old and he had a cold and nasty rashes and me and my partner took him to Chippenham hospital as advised from 111 and we got seen by the first doctor who was helpful but said he only had a viral infection then it got worse so we came back to hospital and then the second doctor was useless and told us he was fine and healthy. Turns out he's allergic to dairy which could killed him if it got worse I think you need to start employing people who know what there talking about and not just guessing!!!!!!!!!
