"Hugely Disappointing"

About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

My 18 months old daughter was referred from Kingston. Initially St George's put her referral in the wrong queue and then after several calls she was given an app 2 months later with ENT Dept. App was cancelled last minute as doctor was sick. Was promissed that they would arrange another one within the week but this never happened. I have tried to contact them everyday for 4 days and it is impossible to get through. The reason given to me is that many memebers of staff are "off sick". Still waiting for a miracle and that someone will have the decency to pick up the phone and do the job they are paid to do with our taxes.
