"Maxillofacial and Anaesthetic Team"

May I just take the time to say a massive thank you for the care I received at the hospital yesterday...I had surgery and felt completely at ease from the moment I walked in until I left....the Maxillofacial team were very understanding and eased my nerves and the Anaesthetic team, doctor and staff, we're just brilliant, can you pass my sincere thanks onto them....also the recovery team were there for me every minute and when I was put back onto the ward the care was outstanding and nothing too much trouble.
