"Tests in September, heard nothing since"

About: Leicester General Hospital

My partner had a series of MRI scans on September 12th 2015 as the first step towards a new diagnosis on her long-term neurological problems. We were told that the results would take 6-8 weeks and yet here we are on February 25th, 2016 and nothing has been forthcoming.

In the meantime she has been refused treatment for eye problems at the LRI because these test results might be related. My partner has attempted to contact the Neurology unit on several occasions, but nobody ever answers. She finds the whole process quite stressful and this exacerbates her symptoms. It has also undermined her faith in the unit.
