"I was in Elm Ward after my operation ..."

What I liked

I was in Elm Ward after my operation and there is nothing that i can fault.This is the first time that i have ever stayed in Hospital and i felt very relaxed and confident with all the Doctors, Nurses,and staff that looked after me.

I was kept informed of everything that was happening to me. Everyone worked as a team, the cleanliness was superb,the food was very good.

Nurses, Doctors,Surgeons and all staff that work there were very pleasant and efficient.

All equipment used came from sterile packaging so there should be no infections,they are very very careful how they use it.

What could be improved

I can see no areas that need improvement

Anything else?

I have alway's been uncomfortable about visiting people in hospital, seeing tubes coming from them,but now i have had the same experience i will be more confident in the future.
