I work in a small team within NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde. Part of the team’s role is to support patients and carers through our feedback systems which will help to improve the services we provide. Dear cw123

Thank you for sharing your experience of your recent care at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. You have highlighted how important it is for patients to be treated with respect and that you feel you experienced this from each member of staff you came into contact with and that this made a difference to your care.

I will ensure your thanks are passed on to the staff in ward 10c, especially those that you mention and to the staff in A&E.

I hope you are now recovering well following your accident.

Best wishes
Lisa
