"I only need to make an appointment"

(as the patient),

Clackheaton Clinic - annoyed I can't get through on the appointments line.

I have had real difficulty in getting through to the clinic at Clackheaton, this is really frustrating. I have tried several times over the course of a day starting at 8.30am and finishing at 11. 30pm just before I went to bed, each time I was told to call back as the lines were busy. The annoying thing is it said it was a 24 hour line but when I rang at 11.30pm I had to leave a message. I left a message and 12 hours later I hadn't been called back.

I only need to make an appointment at the Chiropody dept but I simply can't get through.
