"Help through PALS"

This is an update following my posting 2 days ago. I contacted the PALS office about my situation and the next day I was offered a date for surgury in a couple of weeks. I would advise anyone with these sort of issues to resquest help from PALS.

The Luton & Dunstable Hospital has changed the process in which it works regarding NHS choices and these comments are now checked and responded too regularly.
