Not acceptable after shoulder surgery.
Went well no problems .

Physio treatments was given wrong exercise to do for too long ended up with a frozen shoulder.
Receptionist to lazy to take my letter from the Surgeon to the Physio department.
"Private health fee's I've had better treatment..."
