Penrith is superb!

(as the patient),

Following a collision with a fire extinguisher, I required the excellent staff at Penrith to determine if I had a fracture. I entered the hospital at 12.30pm and made an exit unscathed at 1.30pm having been assessed and had an x-ray. You cannot better the staff and service offered at Penrith, after all I have spent almost as long in a queue at the bank! Thank you all, Penrith is superb.

It is extremely gratifying to receive comments such as yours and it is a tribute to the caring concern and skill of the individual members of staff who work both on and off the ward, and I know they will appreciate them.
