"They always went that bit extra"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Respiratory Medicine (Ward 7)

(as the patient),

I was admitted with a really bad chest infection and pneumonia into the high dependency ward. Can I just say the quality of care Is amazing. Staff are so dedicated to the job. They always went that bit extra. Carol the ward manager is very hard working alongside her team of nurses. Nothing was a bother, she leads a very high standard of care in her ward. She is a first class leader, bringing the patients needs first and more so the care and attention given to the families. Thank you all so much.
