"Soiho walk-in centre: you are not wanted if..."

About: Soho Walk in Centre

In pain earlier with indigestion, possibly a hernia, treated before by this clinic, but this time refused treatment and asked to attend homeless GP or my registered GP.

This after no examination at all.

As my phone was recently stolen, this would involve traveling 13.74 kilometres four times on foot to arrange an apointment and subsequently meet my GP, causing considerable discomfort.

As I sleep within a short distance of this NHS walk-in centre so much for patient choice in care provision.

I also had pain from constant feeling of need to go to urinate and thirst, for which this clinic had previously tested me for type 2 diabetes.

Again I was refused examination.

All in all hardly a professional way of treating a patient in pain and discomfort.

What is the point of this facility, occupying such valuable real estate in central London if it seems so reluctant to treat those in need of help?
