Excellent service received from all staff on my recent visit to the QE 2 . I was extremely nervous having my MRI scan , the member of staff who dealt with me on arrival made me feel at ease . Explained everything and made me feel less anxious . Throughout the scan process staff were very polite and offered constant reassurance . First class treatment . Thank you . Just waiting now for my results .
