I cannot understand why it is necessary to provide a special desk in the foyer for issue of hearing aid batteries.

It used to be possible to obtain them from the receptionist at the Audiology Department.

Then it was transferred to the nearby NHS administration building.

Then when that closed it was transferred back to the hospital.
