I got a very warm and informative welcome.

The staff told me what to expect from Bandrum. Linda showed us around and was amazing.

I was shown the area and available bedrooms. I was shown around and I met the staff who, might I add are excellent. They are all so kind and attentive.

When I think how I previously struggled on my own. It caused a lot of conflict between me and my husband. I now come and see him and it's like coming to see a different man.

They have a lot of work with my husband as he is immobile, so I have alot of praise for the staff and my husband feels like the home is his own. He's quite content here.

The new build part of Bandrum is fabulous.

Wendy the social worker who dealt with me was wonderful. She got everything sorted. I was distraught when my husband had to leave our home and she just sorted it all.

Thank you very much for the wonderful feedback. I am delighted to hear your experience was a positive one, and still is. I am delighted to hear you enjoy visiting your husband and find him very content and settled.

Myself and my staff are aware how difficult the transition can be for some people when they move from their own home into a care home, will assist in any way we can to support people at this time.
