"Total dissatisfaction"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

I was going to tell of the disgraceful treatment I feel my daughter received on a and e also the aeu where she remains after 2 and a half days waiting for a bed, but I noticed out of several notices of complaint no action has been taken, so I feel we will just have to grin and bear it, as I am sure it will be ignored as has my daughter.
