"poor service"

About: Rosie Hospital

Several bad experiences over 3 years after dealing with the hospital. Some of the doctors/staff do not care the patients at all. Everytime I went there had to wait more than 1 hour and when I finally talked to a consultant, they did not want to listen my medical history or details. The attitude towards patients are problematic, I am feeling they blame me for being in the hospital.

They also had a private 'fetal care' clinic on the same site, worst service I ever got. I spend around £500 to have a antenatal test, and at the beginning I was told their team would get back to me in 3 days. It turned out my husband had to chased them after 2 weeks asking the initial result. After a month of my test, still nobody got back to me. I had to make almost 20 calls in 2 days to chase them up. The worst the service I ever came across. Ironically, they charged the money very quick, 2 weeks even before my test.
