What I liked

The staff look after you in a v friendly way. The specialists speak at your level, always explaining what is happening and the medication.

I always make sure I am early for my thoracic medicine clinic appointments, in this way I can be seen much before the official time

What could be improved

communication on the phone is somwhat sketchy.

Anything else?

It's a pity that the chest clinic is only on Wednesdays (the other days are at the Kent and Canterbury. Sometimes I am ill on other days than Wednesday!
