"Community midwife support"

About: New Cross Hospital

I am writing on behalf of my daughter who is six months pregnant, since she has been pregnant the support that she has had has not been very satisfactory, she has never seen the same midwife twice its a different one everytime, and to contact one is nigh impossible, yesterday and today she has been trying to contact them all she gets is user busy all the time. All she needs to do is book into the birthing suite but the number she got off the poster in the maternity unit is the wrong number she would like to book early as she has read that there can be a waiting list for them and she should book early, but how can she when she cannot get hold of anyone.. A reply would be appreciated.
