"Awful service"

About: East Surrey Hospital

Waiting times at this hospital were awful. Was sat waiting without any communication for over four hours and without any offer or painkillers. The receptionists and nurses were rude and unhelpful and didn't seem to care for my well being. Absolutely awful service.
