The service

I received leading up to and during my operation in the day unit was outstanding. Everyone from the person that provided a cup of tea right through to the consultant was kind and considerate a truly slick efficient team. It was clearly a difficult day for staff with a shortage of space and beds but they managed what could of been a total chaotic day in a professional manner doing their upmost to put patients at their ease and keep things moving in a calm manner
