What I liked

The very pleasant and helpful nurse and consultant in Plastics Out-patients. I was called in 5 minutes before my appointment time - miracles still happen!

What could be improved

My reception at the desk. The clerk made me wait about 2 minutes (a long time when you are standing there) while they tidied up paper work and called a colleague about some missing notes. My registration at the desk took less than 5 secs, "Can I help you?" (No greeting) "Good afternoon, Yes, I'm R***** T***** to see my Consultant (and I named them)". "OK, fine take a seat". Not a pleasant experience.
