"Long wait and rude doctor at local surgery"

Today my daughter had an appointment at Gervis road surgery and after an hours waiting time for a pre arranged appointment. She was with my wife. They felt he doctor could't have been more disinterested. My daughter and my wife were shuttled to the nurse who pulled a face when my wife asked to be present for an examination. My daughter was so upset she burst into tears and left the surgery and was chased after by an embarrassed and apologetic nurse. My daughter has a complaint that clearly needs a Gynaecologist to look at as she is bleeding from her vagina. Now I feel I am forced to find another doctor at another surgery. Shame the doctor and also shame on the equally rude receptionist.
