"My mother's stay"

Thank you for your care. It is most unfortunate that my mother has developed a fungal infection in her mouth which is very distressing. According to the consultant that she saw today, the cause of the infection was poor oral hygiene. My mother was unable to clean your dentures herself and it appears that none of the carers did. PLEASE ask your staff to check the oral hygiene of your patients as we would hate for anyone else to go through the experience that my mother has and is still going through.
