"Service and and Staff were excellent"

About: Queen's Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I have just spent 6 days in Ocean B ward and have had the best care and attention from all staff, including the tea lady.

But I was upset at the way some patients spoke to the nurses, every nurse kept their cool and listened and then carried on with their caring and polite manner, thank you once again.

Thank you for your kind reply. I have been in hospital on several occasions and have always had the best care and attention, people seem only to talk about bad things in hospital but our nurses and doctors do a fantastic job, pity about some of the patients. So once again Well Done.
