About: Penrith Hospital

(as a relative),

My daughter has type 1 diabetes and visited Penrith Hospital. My daughter was seen on time, dealt with well and given clear information and feedback. This was a check up so no treatment was given. I was happy with the arrangement and I'm sure my daughter was.

It is extremely gratifying to receive comments such as yours and it is a tribute to the caring concern and skill of the individual members of staff who work both on and off the ward, and I know they will appreciate them.

I have also forwarded your comments on to the General Manager of Penrith Hospital so that they can be shared with the staff.
