"Trying to book appointment"

About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Podiatry

(as a carer),

My wife and I care for our 42 year old down's daughter and need to contact the local department of podiatry for her 12 weekly appointments, this takes anything up to 8 mins and you still haven't spoken to anyone, only answer machines. this is not a service.

I am really sorry you have not been able to get through on our phone line, we are working hard to rectify the situation. The phone line is open 24 hours so please could I suggest you try calling after 6pm, this is just a short term solution until we have a solution in place.
