"Missing records and scans...no-one cares!!"

Firstly I would say all of the clinical staff were fabulous, doing a great job under huge pressure from massive demand on the services like everywhere in the NHS. Everywhere was very clean and refreshments offered.

However, my records from a hospital visit, including CT pictures and records of prescriptions have disappeared and emails and phone calls and even requests from my GP (3 Times!) go unanswered. I am left in pain and am unable to directly go to the relevant surgical department as promised because I don't exist in the system.

What's going on?? It's more than 6months on now.
