"Birthing partner"

About: North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust

On been asked at last minute to be a birthing partner for my sons partner I entered the delivery suite Wednesday 17 Feb lunch time returned home that evening as no progress was been made . Then returned Thursday 10.30 am18th to witness an awfully slow painful labour to which unfortunately ended in a c section early hours of Friday morning myself son and his partner were exhausted .2.13 am my first grandchild entered the world 19 days early weighing 7lb10oz all I can do is praise all the team from delivery to surgery for all there help and assistance to all of us .
