"Thank you!"

About: St George's Hospital

My boyfriend was admitted to the MOD wing and to start off with the staff were in my eyes too strict. I was asked to leave on several occasions so I wouldn't upset him, yet we've been together years and personally I know what's best, the whole reason I helped having him admitted.

After a few days the staff got use to me and it was all good. Cleanliness and hygiene was good and their service was efficient if anything was needed.

Thank you for your comments; During the first 72 hours of admission it is essential that staff are able to engage and develop a therapeutic relationship which will aid recovery with our patients. The visiting times are built around our protected times and with the purpose to ensure our staff are spending as much time as possible with our patients. There is range of engagement activities on the ward and all patients are encouraged to participate.

The Ward Manager is happy to discuss further and would welcome feedback so as a team they can improve services.
