My husband and I attended to MIU after he sustained a sports injury. The waiting room looked almost full when we arrived, but he was prioritised and seen by the triage nurse quickly. The flow of care was seamless from this point onwards, triage nurse ordered an X-ray and from this point it then took total of 40mins to have X-ray completed, X-ray to be reviewed, fractured wrist put into plaster cast and seen by practitioner to discuss further. Every member of staff was friendly, appeared very knowledgeable, professional and approachable. In and out within 70minutes, glad we used this service and would certainly use again. Also helps to minimise the strain on a&e departments!
