"incorrect medical record and reluctance to..."

About: Circle-Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre

Medical report incorrect saying 3 small blisters from puva treatment when in fact numerous and quite some weeks later evidence of about ten that are not healing well. Blisters left holes.

Damage put down first as level 2 then altered to level 3 when clearly both times blistering and clearly level 4 and required consultant opinion which was refused.

Felt being borderline bullied into further treatment ,attempts to put words in my mouth so as to speak.

Few years back same place having coal tar treatment. Staff putting on test area marking test done and not return to check if ok or not.

Dermatolagy definately needs doctor in nursing treatment area
