Dear AdvocacyOrkney

Thank you for sharing your client's story here on Patient Opinion. I am very sorry to hear that there has been delays in her treatment.

Without knowing specific details, I cannot investigate this matter further. However, if you client would like to contact me, or if you would do so on their behalf, I will try to help. I can be contacted on julietait@nhs.net or by telephone on 01856 888221.

I am aware that there is a waiting time for MRI scans at NHS Grampian and this may be why your client has not yet been seen.

Please do get in touch if you feel it would be helpful.

Kind regards

Julie
