"Received fantastic & compassionate care"

I had to go into hospital for medical management of a miscarriage, I was almost 20 weeks pregnant, it was 2 days before Christmas & I was very distressed. Every member of staff I encountered was incredibly sensitive, compassionate & supportive when I was dealing with such an upsetting experience. I could not have asked for better care. Everything was explained to me clearly, the nurse, Ella, was so lovely as was the HCA, Nic. I also saw the chaplain, Kay, she was amazing. Even the receptionist was reassuring when I first went in. Although I didn't want to be there, I could not have hoped for better care and support at such a difficult time.
