My gran was admitted at ward 12 on 19 February 16 on that day she was under the care of the nurse who refused to change her and care for her and made the family members to change her bedding and clothes the nurse was rude to all the relatives who came to see her the nurse would'nt let anyone see the patient
The sister in charge did'nt have any issue with any relatives comming to see her. Today on 21st Feb some of the relatives were standing in the corridor were talking between them self about cloths in Punjabi cuz they had an event at school the nurse was standing by the door and was shouting I knew the words you using in your language I'm calling the security on u there was a lot of people and staff who were there was shocked to see their behaviour. And then one of the patients granddaughter want to the shop to get a comb when she came back with a comb she rang the bell the nurse came and snatched the comb and said you not going in later that day the nurse came in with a pad and said she might need changing and left me to change her on my own my gran is so upset with the service and care she has received from the nurse every time we go to see her she is upset and in tears . We had a small pray for our gran and she was keep cumming in without knocking to see what are we doing .
