"Treatment at the Walk In clinic"

Visited the walk in clinic on 20th of Feb 2016, regarding a foot injury that had become infected, being diabetic i felt worried that if left without treatment it could become more serious. The reception took my personal details and I was directed to a waiting area. As the clinic was busy I was expecting a considerable wait. however I was called after short wait and was treated by a clinician who was brilliant, professional, caring , and effective after prescribing a course of antibiotics the wound was dressed and I was on my way.

We are all quick to complain about shortfalls in service, so I submit this report as a thank you to the walk in clinic team for an excellent provision of healthcare.
