"ED staff are brilliant thank you"

About: Southmead Hospital

Thank You for looking after my Dad in Resus yesterday. All staff were absolutely brilliant, not only with Dad but with us his family. Sharp end medicine isn't easy especially yesterday in the very busy ED. So simply thank you.

I've no idea why ED doesn't appear on the drop down list of depts visited maybe IT can resolve.

Dear Paula – thank you for posting your views of the staff at Southmead Emergency Department.

I hope that your father is now much improved and well on the way to making a good recovery. Your comments have been shared with the staff involved.

I am sorry the Emergency Department (ED) is on the “the drop down list of depts visited”. I have contacted the NHS Choices team to ask for this to be updated.
