I moved to Newcastle from Essex recently and had not got round to registering at a GP. Anyway, I suffer badly with water infections and had been admitted to hospital in the June. I had a severe onset of a water infection and was in agony. I was seen in 20 mins and given a prescription for antibiotics straight away after I did a sample. The nurse I saw was lovely. Unfortunately, my water infection didn't resolve and had to go back again which again the nurse was brilliant and was the nurse I saw before and they remembered me. The nurse gave me a longer course. Overall, brilliant service especially the severe pressure our NHS is under and walk in centres slowly disappearing. Thank you for your help and professionalism.
