"Sincere thanks."

This is my second visit to this department at St Marys and I find a strong need to commend the team of professionals that work here. I have experienced nothing short of exceptional service/care when dealing with administration staff aswell as the nurses and consultants. Recently, i have suffered from an infection that was mis diagnosed in another country to the extent that they had me believe that what i was suffering from was life threatining. Going with my gut instinct, a second opinion was obtained here at the Jeffries clinic and now on day 4 of treatment, cannnot begin to explain how well i am feeling. This is what the NHS is all about, a Briitsh institution, something that i am very proud of. The doctor was a credit to the profession of doctors and the auxillary nurse ( absolutely adorable person) was someone Nightingale would have been proud of. Thank you. Sincerely.
