After having 5 previous c sections ( 3 guys, 2 kings) I was very anxious about Lewisham due to bad reviews and friends experiences , I had begged kings to accept me again but they refused due to catchment area, found scan dept dated compared to kings, antenatal was very long waiting times, operation was fine, ward was stifling due to hot month of July and could do with some air con, but above all some nurses were nice , others miserable. If I had choice would still pick kings, just wish I had asked for private room.

Our aim is to provide all women with a high standard of care when choosing to birth at Lewisham and Greenwich Trust.

All feedback is extremely important to us.

The Women's Health Centre has undergone a refurbishment which involved updating all rooms, toilets and the waiting area.

I am sorry that you found the waiting times long, this is something that is currently been addressed.

There are fans now available on the postnatal ward on request.
