"Hospital feedback"

About: Solihull Hospital

My nan, who has dementia and can hardly communicate, was admitted following seizures and a dislocated shoulder. We were told the dislocated shoulder had been put back into place and was fine! Only to find out ten days later following a check up she still had a dislocated shoulder and had bone missing!?? However, she can no longer communicate so was stiffening in pain!!

Staff were friendly and it was clean, however lack of communication and treatment towards patients wasn't good!!
