"Delighted with the experience"

I was feeling very vulnerable and stressed when I first visited the Essex Urology clinic for a prostate problem. I was reassured by my reception on that first visit and on each subsequent visit including two operations. The staff, without exception, have always been friendly, efficient and informative, making my visits as stress free as possible. I have even been telephoned at home to see how I was. Oh yes, and I was an NHS referral, not private.

The rooms and general areas have always been spotlessly clean. One visit was unplanned and I was fitted in to a clinic that was being held that morning without being made to feel that I was a nuisance. I can't praise my own experience there highly enough.
